Job summary

Genesis in the United States is seeking a seasoned executive to lead customer experience and training initiatives. You will define and execute innovative retail processes, analytics, and capability-building programs to enhance luxury ownership, satisfaction, loyalty, and retailer profitability.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; bachelor’s preferred; master’s a plus.
• Fifteen+ years of work experience with at least five years of senior leadership in Aftersales, CX, and Training.
• Experience in automotive retail and dealership operations; luxury automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for Genesis customer experience and training to advance brand objectives and retailer profitability.
• Lead development and implementation of sales and after-sales retail processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Define, source, and manage vendors and programs to support customer experience initiatives.
• Coordinate training and direction for AMMs and establish an integrated University for Retail Process and Training.
