Genesis seeks a Senior Manager, Genesis Regional Marketing, to oversee regional marketing activities across the designated Genesis Region. You will manage retailer associations, digital marketing, and CSR initiatives while aligning with National Marketing programs.

You will lead strategy, develop strong relationships with HQ and field teams, and supervise budgets and vendor partners to ensure compliant, effective campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Eight or more years of experience in automotive retail marketing.
• Three or more years in regional/Tier 2 or Tier 3 marketing strategies and tactics.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Agency and/or vendor experience helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Strong public speaking ability.
• Strong analytical affinity with attention to detail.
• Strong automotive industry knowledge.

• Oversee regional marketing activities within Genesis region.
• Manage RMAP across the region and drive retailer engagement.
• Analyze lead performance data and improve results.
• Collaborate with National Retail Marketing to align programs.
• Oversee MSP and CSR initiatives and distribute funds fairly.
• Lead CSR efforts including Genesis Gives and Inspiration Foundation.
• Ensure brand compliance for Tier 3 retailer advertising.
• Plan and execute regional meetings and events.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships; oversee approvals.
