Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Associate Retail Manager to lead field operations and deliver a world-class customer and employee experience across assigned locations in California. You will drive revenue growth, monitor KPIs, and lead a high-performing team while upholding Rivian’s culture and values.

You’ll manage daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure consistent customer education, product knowledge, and conversion support throughout the end-to-end journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields highly preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience in leadership preferred, with ability to lead and develop teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.

• Execute strategies to support revenue targets and market share growth.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance.
• Provide leadership to the local field team and foster high performance.
• Communicate goals and align them with site/market targets.

• Lead onboarding and daily operations across front/back of house.
