Job summary

Genesis is hiring an After-Sales Manager to serve as the liaison between Genesis Motor America and the Genesis stores. You will work to improve retailer performance in customer retention, satisfaction, and parts and service profitability.

The role requires analyzing retailer operations, implementing programs, and training retailers to ensure a strong Genesis brand image and revenue growth. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in automotive retail or wholesale is a plus.
Ability to analyze retailer operations and propose improvements.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Liaise between Genesis Motor America and Genesis stores to improve performance.
Monitor customer retention, satisfaction, and parts/service profitability.
Communicate programs and procedures to retailers and ensure adherence.
Provide technical support for warranty and goodwill cases as needed.
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
