Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Senior Manager, Genesis Regional Marketing Operations (Southern) to lead and optimize regional marketing initiatives across the Genesis Region. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and partner with national teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and programs.

The role requires extensive wholesale automotive experience and supervisory capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. Travel to regional events is involved.

Qualifications

• Eight years wholesale related automotive experience.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience.
• Budget management oversight.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills—Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all regional marketing activities within the designated Genesis Region.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 Retailer Advertising Associations and Retail Digital Marketing programs.
• Analyze lead performance data and drive regional retailer lead management improvements.
• Collaborate with National Retail Marketing to align retailer lead-generation and Certified Website programs.
• Manage MSP payments and resolve retailer payment and incentive issues.
• Lead regional CSR efforts, including Genesis Gives and the Genesis Inspiration Foundation.
