Hyundai Motor Group's Genesis division in Fountain Valley, CA, seeks an executive to lead customer experience and training initiatives that align with the luxury brand’s objectives and retailer performance.

You will design and execute innovative sales and service processes, develop vendor programs, and partner with regional leaders to elevate CSI/SSI while guiding an integrated University for Retail Process & Training. A senior leader with 15+ years in automotive CX is required.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of work experience with at least five years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in Aftersales, CX, and Training within automotive retail preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for Genesis customer experience and training to advance brand objectives and retailer profitability.
• Lead development and execution of innovative sales and service processes and customer feedback analytics.
• Coordinate training and direction for AMMs and oversee a cross-functional university for Retail Process & Training.
