Job summary

Genesis in Atlanta seeks a Senior Manager, Genesis Customer Experience to oversee regional CX activities, including GSX and GBX performance, reporting, and strategy. You will partner with dealers to implement CX improvements and collaborate with the national CX team to roll out programs.

You’ll also act as SME for the CX website/dashboard and contribute to market support initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with 15–30% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Eight+ years wholesale automotive experience desired.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Budget management oversight experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all regional CX activities within the Genesis Region.
• Monitor GSX and GBX performance, regional CX reporting and strategy.
• Develop CX improvement strategies in partnership with dealers.
• Collaborate with national CX team to implement programs regionally.
• Create CX-based reward programs for retailers and support governance processes.
• Serve as SME for Genesis CX website/dashboard and lead regional MSPs.
