Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Senior Manager, Genesis Regional Marketing Operations to oversee regional marketing activities across the designated Genesis Region, including retailer associations, digital marketing, and CSR initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and analytical skills, with 8 years in automotive wholesale and 2–3 years of supervisory experience. Travel is expected; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Eight years wholesale automotive experience desired.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.
• Budget management oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all regional marketing activities within the designated Genesis Region.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 Retailer Advertising Associations and Retail Digital Marketing.
• Analyze lead performance data and drive improvements for retailer and regional leads.
• Partner with National Retail Marketing on retailer lead-generation and website programs.
• Oversee Genesis Retailer Co-op Program and ensure fair distribution of funds.
• Support CSR initiatives and regional philanthropy, including Genesis Gives and the foundation.
• Ensure compliance of all Tier 3 retailer advertising with brand standards.
• Collaborate with National Office to develop and administer MSP and process payments.
