You will lead Associates, manage front-end operations, and coach colleagues to deliver a memorable shopping experience. This role requires at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, with focus on communication, teamwork, and adherence to policies.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience required
• 6 months of leadership experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversees front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and loyalty program promotion
• Promotes a positive customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization
• Manages register assignments and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities with management
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
