Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of associates at front of store for service and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example and model outstanding customer service.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate registers, POS coverage, and breaks for associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive store environment.
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates to management.
