Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic front-of-store leader to Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of Associates. You will model outstanding customer service while ensuring operations run smoothly, including loyalty program promotions and staffing coverage.

Strong merchandising techniques understood and applied.
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Team player who can work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team at the front of the store.
Lead by example by engaging with customers and promoting loyalty programs.
Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
