Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example, train and mentor Associates on front end principles and personalizing customer service.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
