The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store.

You will model outstanding customer service, train Associates, and coordinate POS coverage while supporting loyalty programs and store priorities. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking

Responsabilidades

• Promote excellent customer experience and loyalty programs
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and ensure POS coverage
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards
• Collaborate with Management to address priorities and staffing needs
