The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front End Leader to promote an exceptional customer experience at our Jackson, TN location. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store, ensuring courteous service, loyalty-program promotion, and a clean, well-organized environment.

You will model exemplary customer service and lead by example. Responsibilities include training Associates, coordinating POS coverage, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining store standards while supporting labor

Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Team player who can train others
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

• Promote excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead front-of-store team to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and delegate tasks.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer experience.
• Coordinate POS coverage, breaks, and scheduling.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
