Warby Parker invites a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail locations. You will lead on the floor, manage front-of-house operations, and partner with leadership on store initiatives while embodying the Warby Parker story.

The ideal candidate has retail experience with at least 6+ months in a supervisory role, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Backed by professional retail experience, plus 6+ months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure, adapt quickly, and be a proactive problem-solver.

• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment

• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
