This year-round, non-exempt role offers a flexible schedule and is based in New York, with opportunities during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, guest relations or similar high-touch roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through empathy and clear communication.
• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone at entry.
• Listen to understand each customer's situation and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Support customers through their entire experience with clear, personal touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and support is complete.
