Job summary

Intuit in Dallas is seeking a hospitality-focused in-person Customer Advisor to greet and guide customers through the TurboTax network, listening to concerns and connecting them with the right service or expert. This is a year-round, non-exempt role dedicated to delivering a warm, high-touch experience.

You will be the on-the-ground face of the TurboTax brand, working a flexible schedule that includes afternoons, evenings and weekends, with benefits and opportunities to grow within Intuit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a high-touch guest-facing role.
• Proven ability to resolve customer needs with empathy and clear communication.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen attentively and ask thoughtful questions to understand needs.
• Guide customers to understand options and connect them to the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Accompany customers through their entire experience with a personal, clear touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and next steps are clear.
