Job summary

Intuit seeks a hospitality-focused in-store Customer Advisor to warmly greet customers and connect them with the right TurboTax expert. You’ll guide, support, and complete the customer journey from arrival to hand-off with a personal touch.

This year-round, non-exempt role requires empathy, listening, and clear communication, with flexible 20–40 hour schedules including peak-season hours. Benefits include 401(k), health coverage, PTO, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs through empathy and clear communication.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the store and set a welcoming tone.
• Listen attentively and ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s situation.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Accompany customers through the full experience from arrival to hand-off.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Follow up to ensure customers received needed support.
