Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch roles.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer experiences through empathy.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen to understand each customer’s situation and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert.
• Manage the full end-to-end customer journey with care.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions answered.
