Intuit is seeking an in-person TurboTax Customer Advisor who delivers a warmly hospitable, high-touch experience in-store. You’ll greet guests, understand their needs, and guide them to the right service or expert, ensuring every interaction feels personal and reassuring.

This year-round role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and flexibility, with 20–40 hours per week and a focus on delivering world-class service across busy periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, or high-touch guest relations.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a professional tone.
• Listen, ask questions, understand unique situations.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert.
• Accompany customers from arrival to hand-off with a personal touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Follow up to ensure needs are met and questions answered.
