Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and empathy to resolve customer needs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Listen and ask questions to understand customers' needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert.
