Intuit Inc. is seeking a hospitality-focused in-person Customer Advisor who inspires a warm, attentive experience for every guest. You will connect with visitors, understand their needs, and guide them to the right TurboTax service or expert within the network.

This year-round, non-exempt role emphasizes personal hospitality, active listening, and a commitment to ensuring customers feel welcomed, understood, and supported from entry to hand-off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, guest relations or another high-touch, customer-facing role.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving needs with effective communication and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone from the first moment.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's needs and concerns.
• Serve as a knowledgeable guide guiding customers to the right TurboTax service or expert.
• Accompany customers through their visit from arrival to hand-off with a personal, clear, and supportive touch.
• Reduce friction by answering questions, resolving concerns, and removing obstacles to an effortless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they received needed support and questions are resolved.
