Job summary

Macy's in Manchester, CT is seeking a Selling and Support Captain to elevate customer experiences and drive in-store performance. As an elevated hourly colleague, you will be an expert in customer satisfaction, merchandising, and building brand loyalty.

Under the supervision of a People Leader, you will lead tasks, mentor colleagues, promote our Macy's mobile app, and support omni-channel selling initiatives including orders and updates to store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer orders and supervising selling floor tasks to deliver outstanding service.
• Lead colleagues in execution of assigned tasks and priorities.
• Promote Macy's mobile app and support omni-channel selling initiatives.
• Ensure high level of customer service through problem solving and resolutions.
• Provide feedback to People Leaders to improve processes and store operations.
