Responsibilities

• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers by providing an exceptional customer experience at retail stores.
• Use consultative selling to identify customer needs and recommend gas, electricity and energy products.
• Consistently achieve sales objectives and follow department goals and policies.
• Build rapport and handle objections with listening and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with sales reps and store managers.
• Learn current product programs and clearly explain choices to customers.
