IGS Energy is seeking a Home Energy Consultant, Retail, to drive new customer acquisition at a retail location and promote a broad suite of energy products. You will become a subject matter expert, apply consultative selling, and build lasting relationships.

This full-time role offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits for personal and professional growth. Representing IGS Energy at retail stores, you’ll meet sales objectives, stay current on programs, and deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer retention, or account management.
• Flexibility to work second shift hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Represent IGS Energy at retail stores to acquire and retain customers.
• Use consultative selling to match needs with gas, electricity and energy products.
• Achieve sales objectives and follow policies and procedures.
• Build confidence, handle objections with negotiation.
• Collaborate with other sales reps and store staff.
• Learn current product programs and help customers decide.
