IGS Energy is seeking a Direct Sales Associate in Dayton to acquire new customers at retail locations and promote a wide range of energy products. You will act as a Home Energy Consultant, delivering consultative sales and aiming to exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions and a base salary.

The role requires flexibility for second shift hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends, and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer retention, or account management is a plus.
