Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Direct Sales Associate in Dayton to acquire new customers at retail locations and promote a wide range of energy products. You will act as a Home Energy Consultant, delivering consultative sales and aiming to exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions and a base salary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers at retail stores.
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and recommend energy products.
• Achieve sales objectives per department goals and procedures.
• Build relationships with customers and store teams, handling objections professionally.
• Learn current product programs and communicate clearly to assist customer decisions.
