Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price signs.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high service levels.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Communicate SOP changes and inventory needs to management.
