Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a training-focused leader to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers enjoy a positive shopping experience with exceptional product knowledge.

The role involves guiding staff, completing certifications, and maintaining accurate pricing and merchandising while delivering outstanding service to every customer. This position requires strong communication and multitasking skills in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price signs.
• Communicate inventory needs and changes to management.
