Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a training-focused role to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service and informed product guidance. This position will drive the company philosophy around the basics of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.

The role emphasizes training certification completion, showroom merchandising, and delivering accurate customer assistance while maintaining safe operating procedures in a warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Understand merchandise and installation thoroughly.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, and organization of the department.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process POS transactions and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Present instructional classes to customers.
