Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with product knowledge.
• Coordinate certification courses and product training.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections at checkout.
• Maintain merchandising and pricing within the department.
