Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a trainer to coach Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive outstanding service and product information. The role emphasizes training, certification completion, and maintaining accurate merchandising and pricing across the department.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure accurate merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Provide product knowledge and help customers with selections.
• Complete required product specialist certifications.
• Operate the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Communicate SOPs to associates and update team on changes.
• Assist with forklift certification and inventory needs.
• Assist in showroom merchandising and product placement.
