Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate company values and safe operating procedures.
• Lead merchandising, pricing, and showroom presentation.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and communicate SOP changes.
• Process transactions at POS and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers and manage inventory needs.
