Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a trainer to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves directing staff, maintaining department merchandising and pricing, and delivering product knowledge to customers. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of sales or service experience, with certification courses to be completed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to complete product specialist certifications.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to ensure top customer service.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists and oversee department merchandising, pricing, and organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections, ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee check-out processes and returns/exchanges per guidelines.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Complete forklift proficiency testing and ensure safety protocols are followed.
