Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act and work in alignment with company values and safety standards.
• Lead and complete product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise and installation; manage department organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers and maintain price accuracy.
• Stock and tag displays; create price tags and signs; communicate SOP updates to staff.
