Job summary

Floor & Decor in Venice, FL is seeking a trainer to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service and product information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
