The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, mastering product knowledge, and maintaining accurate pricing and merchandising across the department. Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices per company SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
• Organize department merchandising, pricing and display standards.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections, including demos and how-tos.
• Process checkout, refunds and exchanges following established guidelines.
• Stock, price, tag, and sign merchandise; ensure accurate pricing.
