Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers to improve shopping experience.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and stay up-to-date on offerings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise, installation, and showroom operations.
• Control merchandising, pricing, and department organization for optimal presentation.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to all associates in a timely manner.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
