Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train product sales specialists to ensure attentive and accurate customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and price merchandise displays; create price tags and signs.
