Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and act on them with your Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and promote products to customers.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee proper fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Ensure all admin routines for people and operations are handled correctly.
• Keep up with fashion trends and provide product knowledge to customers during interactions.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team and give/receive feedback to support development.
• Open and close the store daily and maintain BOH areas and signage.
