Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor to support sales and profit goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong department leadership. You will uphold store standards, guide a team, and ensure smooth operations across fitting rooms, checkout, and stock areas.

You will stay informed on fashion trends, train staff, and communicate effectively to motivate the team while maintaining compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the OMNI customer experience with visual and commercial curation.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure fitting room and checkout routines, handling transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, tidy sales floor and back-of-house areas; monitor stock levels.
• Open and close the store daily and ensure compliance with routines and policies.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team and communicate with colleagues regularly.
