Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor in Peabody, MA to drive sales, uphold visual merchandising, and lead a team to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will collaborate with the Department Manager to capitalize on commercial opportunities while maintaining store standards.

You will promote the Hello Member loyalty app, monitor fitting room and checkout processes, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to support store goals.

• Promote customer loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure accurate fitting room and checkout routines, and proper admin processes.
