Job summary

H&M in the United States is seeking a Department Supervisor to support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the department and store. You will lead a team, ensure visual merchandising, and adhere to store procedures and local regulations.

You will collaborate with the Department Manager to identify opportunities, promote loyalty initiatives, and oversee operations from fittings to stock and checkout, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer journey.
