Job summary

Michaels in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, coaching teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong sales performance. You will ensure adherence to SOPs, drive loyalty enrollment, and oversee POS, checkout processes, and in-store programs.

You will also provide MOD coverage, coach staff, and champion operational excellence across omni-channel services while maintaining strong asset protection and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations
• Strong customer service and coaching skills
• Experience with SOPs and company programs

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture to drive conversions and customer satisfaction
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Oversee front-end operations, POS and Self-Checkout accuracy
• Promote Loyalty Rewards program and customer engagement
• Drive omni-channel service and timely order fulfillment (BOPIS & Same Day Delivery)
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction
