Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a dedicated trainer to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience with accurate product information. You will lead certification courses, coach associates on our philosophy, and uphold merchandising, pricing, and showroom standards.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting, and collaboration with inventory and POS teams to maintain store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product information
• Lead certification courses for product specialists
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and showroom organization
• Operate POS system and assist customers at checkout
• Stock displays and create price tags
