Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train product sales specialists to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Manage inventory needs and communicate with management.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and handle refunds per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
• Operate forklift certification as required.
