Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists.
• Open/close store and perform management duties.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention and compliance.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Operate POS at checkout and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Lead morning huddles and Power Hours.
• Coordinate inventory flow and communicate needs to management.
• Provide superior customer service and product information.
