Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods Pittsburgh is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and leadership on busy days. You will alternate roles with Coordinator, act as Manager on Duty, coach associates, and maintain a positive customer experience.

You must be flexible to work nights and weekends, with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure execution of store plans and policies while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• Provides coaching to Associates and supports training needs to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety, adherence to policies, and labor law compliance
