Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines.
• Coach and provide feedback to Associates and coordinate coverage.
