Job summary

You will help manage store tasks, coach associates, and ensure adherence to procedures while promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop Associates.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred (1 year retail, 6 months leadership).

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to policy and procedure.
• Ensures store tasks are performed per plan and priorities set.
• Coaches Associates and provides feedback and recognition.
• Maintains proper Associate coverage and adherence to procedures.
• Supports safety, labor laws, and loyalty programs.
