Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Collegeville, PA, HomeGoods store is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead as needed.

You will alternate duties between Coordinator and Key Carrier, ensuring strong customer service and adherence to company policies while maintaining staffing and store procedures. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, strong coaching ability, and solid knowledge of merchandise flow.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Provides coaching to Associates and addresses priorities with management.
